Picture Quality

Picture Quality in large LED screens is measured by the following parameters: High Brightness, High Contrast Ratio, Correct Gamma, Colour Precisión, Colour Saturation, Colour Uniformity, Wide Viewing Angle, High Refresh Rate Frequency. On CreateLED Displays we use 16 Bits video processing and because of that we achieve an amazing gray scale detail as well as colour depth reproduction. Outdoor screens requires higher brightness normally with more of 4,000 cd/m² while indoor screens brightness ranges may go from 700cd/m² to 2500cd/m² and we support that. The Contrst Ratio is also important for a good contrast perception and we offer values between 3000:1 to 4000:1. Extra wide viewing angle of 160° ensures good viewing for wide audience. Last but not least is the Refresh Rate that needs to be the higher as possible in order to avoid flickering effects when video cameras are shooting the screens. To accomplish that we offer Refresh Rate values between 1920~3840 Hz.

Pixel Pitch

Resolution is probably the most important parameter of LED screens. Called also pitch, means the diameter of LED array, which affects the quality of the materials presented on the media. To display graphics, numbers, data and other information the maximum screen resolution is required, thanks to which the recipient will be able to read easily the presented content. The readability of the content presented on the screen depends mostly on the distance of the recipient from the screen. The greater the distance from the screen, larger LED pitch would be accepted as good. If the LED screen is closer to the viewers, LED pitch should be smaller. Screen selection depends mostly on the destination of the media. CreateLED offers a wide range of LED pitch depending on the application. From 0.9mm ~1.6mm for Ultra High Definition TV Applications to 6.2mm ~10.4mm for outdoor large screens we can offer the right pitch for each specific application.

Mechanical Precision

CreateLED panels are manufactured by precision computer numerical control CNC process ensuring a tolerance of less than 0.1mm. A petented inter-locking panel using "SpeedGO" quick locking system ensures quick and precise wall assembly. We use adjustable magnetic docking module design and seamless panel to panel and module to module connection. Our panels are front and back serviceable witch is extremely good for field service.
